• Donation confirmation data (email, name, address): Automatically deleted 90 days after the confirmation is sent, unless retention is legally required
• Raffle participation data (email, transaction ID): Deleted within 30 days after the raffle ends and winners are announced
• Contact messages: Deleted after 180 days from the last correspondence
• Session cookies: Expire automatically when the browser is closed
