4. Payment & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no course content has been accessed.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials are the property of Alenteo or its licensors. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alenteo is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from platform access or course participation.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
